We want you to love your festival gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please note that limited edition event-exclusive merchandise and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
